Yongjia Jinfangyuan Machine Accessories Co., Ltd is engaged in the production of handwheel, handle and various accessories of valves with location in the golden triangle of South Zhejiang, Town of Pump Valve-Oubei, Wenzhou, China.
On the basis of many years′ production experiences and continuous improvement of operating requirement for valve products by users at home, the company has developed new types of products by combining with information resource and introducing the production process of valve hand heel and handle from German. Both technology and product have applied for several patents which filled the blank at home.
The manufacturing process of JINFANGYUAN handwheel and handle adopts single molding of steel plate and process line of static injection, etc. Featuring excellent outline, bright color, fine and smooth hand feeling, convenient and durable etc. It, as a kind of fast-use environmental product, not only improves the whole appearance of valve and product additional value, but also substitutes for the imported ones. Through destructive and mechanical strength tests to handwheel and handle, their performances are superior to conventional ones of casting iron and steel. The products are widely used in different valves.
